Bald spot

Hey everyone! My dad's chick has had this bald spot for months now. It most likely came from our rooster favoriting her but he's been gone since winter and she still hasn't grown ANY feathers back.. is it normal? Does it need more time? It looks so sore, too. I bet it must be so uncomfortable for her and if there's anything I could do to speed up healing or do anything else I'd love to know.
