my skin is so dry sos

hi i know like absolutely nothing about skincare and i need help 😫

I do have naturally drier skin but it has never really looked/felt like this. I got my makeup done last saturday and used my friend’s cleanser (curology i think) to remove it, since then this is how my skin has been. I’ve used my own gentle cleanser, serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen throughout the week and literally nothing has helped (it really has only made my skin burn and more red). It just like drinks it all up and returns to its desert state. All my products have never irritated my skin so much so i am at a loss right now. another odd thing is it’s only like the cheek bones down—my forehead is perfectly fine. please advise 🙏 Thanks divas!
