Bought a cheap LED mask first, got basically nothing from it… are the pricier ones actually better?

Picked up a cheaper LED mask a couple weeks ago bc I didn’t wanna spend a ton right out of the gate. Figured I’d try a budget one first, see if red light therapy was even worth getting into.

It’s been pretty underwhelming tbh. Only has 2 intensity settings, feels super basic, and after using it for almost 2 weeks, I can’t really say I’ve noticed much. No real change in texture, no my skin looks better moment, nothing like that.

Now I keep looking at the pricier ones, like Ulike, Omnilux, stuff in that range, and the price difference is kinda insane, like 3-4x more than what I paid.

For anyone who’s tried the more expensive masks, did they actually perform better? Better fit, stronger light, more noticeable results? Or is it mostly just a nicer experience?
