Tips to get this 60s look!

I just adore the light under eye and liner technique. Is there any product recommendations or application advice for the that light under eye and bold eye liner/lash? I have similar features to Marlo Thomas (same hair, eyes, skin tone)

In the winter I do a pale vampy 50s glam (red lip, simple wing liner, arched brow) but in the warmer months I adore a good fake tan 60s look! (Fake tan recommendations would be most welcome, too!) Pricilla Presley/Sharon Tate type.
