Ways to be more natural (low maintenance and cost effective)?

What are some things that people don’t do beauty wise in order to be more natural, low maintenance, etc. For example: not doing your nails, not dying your hair, not self/spray tanning, etc. I want to be as low maintenance, cost effective and natural as possible. So please give any tips!
