Travelstart fraud ?

Our take

In February, I booked a flight through Travelstart and later requested a refund, only to be told it would take 6-12 weeks to process. Despite my initial reservations, I patiently waited, but now, 13 weeks later, my refund is still unprocessed. This experience raises serious concerns about Travelstart's integrity and customer service practices. Reviews indicate a once-decent reputation has significantly declined, suggesting potential fraudulent behavior. I strongly advise against using this service for flight bookings, as the risks far outweigh any benefits.

Back in February I booked a flight through TravelStart. I refunded my purchase and was told an unreasonable amount of time to receive my refund. Although I did not agree with 6-12 weeks to receive a refund, I waited.

It has since been 13 weeks and my refund has not been processed. I am concerned this company is running a sham or some type of fraud operation. It is the only explanation I have.

The customer service reps obviously are not trained properly or given any resources to assist customers. Unless this is by design to further enable the fraud.

Travelstart is doing everything the can to not issue a refund. This is a perfect example of how not to do business. I’ve checked other reviews and it seems they once had a descent reputation but it has declined dramatically over the years.

DO NOT use this service to book any flights. The downside is too great. I highly recommend someone look into this agency for fraud.
