Question about Vietnam itinerary (10 days)

Hey there, fellow adventurer! Your 9-day itinerary through Vietnam is bursting with excitement and rich experiences! Starting in Ho Chi Minh City, you’ll dive into the vibrant culture before exploring the serene Mekong Delta. The overnight train to Da Nang sounds epic, leading you to the charming Hoi An and historical Hue. Phong Nha’s stunning caves are a must-see, and Ninh Binh offers breathtaking landscapes.
I have around 9 days to explore Vietnam, starting from the 30th of April (arrival at 9 PM) to the 9th of May (departure 9 AM).
The skeleton for my itinerary looks like this:
Ho Chi Minh City → Mekong Delta → Ho Chi Minh City → Overnight Train to Da Nang → Hoi An → Hue → Phong Nha → Ninh Binh → Hanoi
Hanoi will serve as my departure city so I won't really be spending time there.
Anything you would swap out, flat out remove or add?
