Hey there, fellow adventurers! You’re not alone in this! Many first-time flyers experience anxiety, but remember, flying is one of the safest ways to travel. Picture the epic memories you’ll create and the sunshine waiting for you in Florida! Lean on your squad for support, and trust that you’ve got this!

I have a trip coming up in August for my bachelorette from IL to FL and I am terrified as I have never been on a plane before and the thought of it makes me panic. Especially with everything going on in the world, my brain keeps making up these scenarios and I have no idea how to reassure myself. For anyone that has been on a plane before many of times, I need that reassurance that everything will be fine. Mind you, it's like a 2-3 hour flight but I still keep freaking out internally!!!!!
